Make the answer clear.

Understand the buyer before shaping the answer.

Work began with opportunity and client research—initially including bid portals, and later RFP opportunities supplied through an external sourcing partner. I developed potential client profiles and helped create a master pitch deck and a more marketable services deck to communicate the organisation’s capabilities.

The objective was to align each response to the buyer’s stated requirements and make the connection between requirement, evidence and proposed approach clear.

Content logic: requirement → relevant evidence → proposed solution → supporting material. This was a working structure, not a claim that every RFP used an identical template.

Coordinate the contributors and keep the response coherent.

My work included research, client profiling, pitch-deck preparation, writing and editing, structuring the response around the RFP requirements, and coordinating inputs from Finance, Legal and two Project Managers. I supported submission against deadlines and attended meetings on behalf of the company to raise or clarify questions when needed.

04 / SUBMITCheck and deliverStructure, edit and support timely submission.

This role was cross-functional: the response had to reflect technical/project input and financial or legal considerations while remaining clear and consistent for the prospective buyer.

Report the response metric accurately.

Across the recorded set, 12 bid/RFP responses were supported through submission. Four of those submissions received a client/procurement response, equivalent to 33.3% of submissions receiving a response.

This is not a win rate: a client response does not mean the bid was shortlisted, awarded or converted into revenue. The currently available evidence does not support a revenue or contract-value claim.

Confidentiality: client names, bid-portal records, pricing, proprietary proposal content and internal approval material are not published. The case describes my contribution and uses a reconstructed response framework.
