Bring planning for point-of-sale materials into one clearer view.

POSM Planner is an independent product concept around retail and point-of-sale campaign planning. The intended problem space is the coordination of physical campaign assets across stores, campaigns and teams.

The need, audience and feature set should be validated through research before the proposition is treated as a proven market opportunity.

Build the go-to-market plan from evidence.

01 / PROBLEMValidate the frictionUnderstand how teams plan and track POSM assets.
02 / AUDIENCEDefine the buyerRetail marketing, trade marketing and activation teams are hypotheses to test.
03 / POSITIONMake the value clearDescribe the category, differentiator and promise.
04 / LAUNCHDesign the pathConsider landing page, demo, content and CTA.

These are the planned questions for product validation and GTM design, not claims that a public launch or customer pilot has happened.

Concept-stage—not a claimed commercial launch.

The current portfolio entry establishes the product-marketing direction. Before it can become a full launch case, it needs verified product scope, target-user research, a demonstrable prototype or screens, positioning evidence, and any results from validation.

Why it is included: this is an explicitly self-initiated case, useful for showing product thinking without implying that customers, revenue or adoption already exist.
