CASE 04 / MARKETING OPERATIONS / ANONYMISED CASE STUDY

Keep every conversation connected.

MY ROLE Hands-on contributorCONTEXT Confidential / selected workFORMAT Process reconstructed

A workflow connecting calls, email and LinkedIn, so follow-ups could build on earlier conversations and the right team had the context to act.

Shared historyChannel activity was designed to build on the same prospect context.
Scheduled follow-upConversation briefs, next actions and follow-up timing were part of the workflow.
Context-preserving handoffResearch and communication history moved with the prospect.

Without shared context, outreach can become disconnected.

Calling, email and LinkedIn were separate channels but part of the same prospect journey. The operating challenge was making previous contact visible and giving each next action enough context to be relevant.

The workflow was designed so a call record, an email or LinkedIn interaction could inform subsequent follow-up rather than creating an independent, uncoordinated touchpoint.

Zoho CRM and Zoho Voice supported prospect and calling workflows; Mailchimp was used for email campaigns; n8n supported automation and cross-channel coordination. The workflow included conversation briefs, follow-up scheduling and contact triggers for the relevant outreach work.

Where LinkedIn was involved, context from public profiles and posts was used to inform more relevant messages. Automation supported coordination, while human context and review still mattered.

Continuity is the outcome—not an invented percentage lift.

The system was designed to preserve shared communication context, schedule follow-ups and support a better handoff when a prospect reached a service inquiry or meeting stage. The handoff could include research, call logs, LinkedIn and email history, reporting and pitch material.
